We are proud to welcome Jennifer on-board the team! She is a Pennsylvania native who grew up outside of Philadelphia and graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Sociology.  Though she enjoyed a career in sociological research, she soon became attracted to real estate when searching for her first home!

She became a real estate agent in 2011 and then moved to the Gulf of Mexico which was a lifelong dream. Since then she has enjoyed the Florida lifestyle and weather. In her free time she enjoys taking her dog to the park, exploring the barrier islands, swimming and reading at the beach and trying out new restaurants. She looks forward to meeting and working with folks whose dream is to do the same!

As an agent she's become an expert in this local area, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. It's not the same everywhere, so you need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. Jennifer is eager to work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home!

In addition, when it's time to move, she has the skills to target just the right buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. In other words, she can take care of everything you need, from start to close!
